PRIVATE EVENTS AT DWVR WILL INCLUDE :

  • The whole location is booked for your private event. There is not a ‘party room’ but instead the whole arcade is YOUR party room. To better ensure that you can get the full location for your event, especially if it’s on a Fri, Sat or Sun, please schedule your event at least two weeks in advance to better ensure availability.
  • Seven VR stations that are each 100 square feet. There is a 55” TV at every station so that party members are able to watch friends, family, and co-worker gameplay when they’re not in VR.
  • A table and table cloth is provided for you to bring in your food, snacks, cake, drinks, and any presents. We have a Pizza Twist located right next to DWVR and you can order pizzas from there and get a discount. ***Birthday parties for adults 21 or older and corporate events, you can BYOB***
  • Four ottoman benches for party members to sit at while not in VR. Can be used to watch those players in VR and also for eating. For additional seating as well as anyone wanting a back rest, we also have multiple folding chairs.
  • The DWVR crew will assist with decoration setup and teardown. We will handle cleaning after the party finishes and also help bring anything back to your cars.

It’s not possible at the moment you will pay when you arrive to the theme park. 

Please come to the VR arcade 10 minutes before your scheduled time.

Thanks to the current epidemic situation we are doing everything to ensure your safety. That’s why we strongly advise you to make a booking.

Yes, in our amusement park we have something for everyone, but we strongly advise you to choose something more calm, such as escape games.

VR headsets consists of two small monitors with high refresh rates, close to your eyes, which is also a case for our VR. It is advised to people with epilepsy not to try such experiences.
